What’s the difference between personal use and organizational use?
Personal use
Completely free, and you can create an unlimited number of projects and tasks. However, they are personal, so you cannot collaborate with other users.
Organizational use
In organizations, you can invite other users and collaborate with them on projects. Starbrix is free for small organizations with a maximum of three users. Monthly subscription fee applies if the number of users is four or more.
How long can I trial use Starbrix?
We offer Starbrix for free with no trial period; you can use it as long as you want. Charges only apply when you create an organization with more than three users. Before any charges occur, you'll be prompted to enter your billing information, ensuring your consent is always obtained beforehand. You have the option to terminate your account at any time directly within the app.
What's the difference between Project Manager access and Basic access?
A user is considered to have Project Manager access if they can update any information within the projects in the organization. Additionally, a user is considered to have Project Manager access if they are assigned as the project manager or if their project permissions allow them to update any information within a project that is not yet completed. All other users are considered to have Basic access.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do, and the discount depends on the number of users you have in your organization account according to the table above. You can add or remove users yourselves.
How long is the commitment period for a paid organizational account?
There is no minimum commitment period, and you can terminate the account at any time by deleting it. Another less drastic option is to reduce the number of users to three or fewer. Then the account is free of charge.
How often is a paid organizational account billed?
Billing occurs monthly in advance of usage. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month, and fees are determined based on the number of users and their access type at the time of billing.
